If a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email support@rivertableepoxy.com with photos of your item and proof of purchase included in the email.

We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When the item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer with a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the original payment method will be credited within 7-10 business days.

In a Fully Cured & inert State, our epoxy resin is Safe for incidental Food Contact.

If your project requires multiple layers of epoxy resin, pouring the next layer can happen when the first layer is nice and tacky so there is no need to sand.

If you wait until the layer has dried to a cure, you may need to lightly sand the layer prior to pouring an additional layer.

We recommend calculating your measurements using similar sized round containers. The measurements should be by volume.

Liquid pigments that we sell on our store, alcohol pigments, or mica powders are recommended.
